What will be the departure times?
Departure times will usually be 10.30am. The Departure time from London, however, will be 4am in the morning due to ferry timings.
Is my bus2bus ticket refundable?
Tickets can only be refunded under certain circumstances - please contact us to discuss a refund (we will be fair!). However, feel free to sell your ticket on eBay etc but make sure you inform us of the changes in ownership.
Is it possible to pay for my ticket by instalments?
If you have difficulty paying for your ticket in one go then please feel free to contact us to discuss spreading your payment. Payment plans must be completed before the 1st May 2009 but they are entirely free of charges and interest.
How does the accommodation work?
Bus2bus drop-off and pick-up points at each stop are youth hostels that have an agreement with us to offer our passengers a discount. We recommend staying at these hostels because they are good value for money (with the bus2bus discount), getting on and off the coach will be convenient and you will be staying with the people you've met on you're journey.
While bus2bus is allocated some beds in these hostels, we cannot guarantee our passengers a bed or the type of room (single/double/dorm) that they desire. If you wish to book your accommodation in advance, details of the hostels we work with will be posted on the route page [link to route page] in January 2009.
A nights stay in a hostel costs around 20 euros
If I buy a Continuous Circuit ticket can I then stay in certain places for longer than the allotted time?
At bus2bus we pride ourselves on flexibility. If you desperately want to spend an extra six days in a place then we will we glad to oblige as long as there is room available - even if you have booked a Continuous Circuit ticket. If you feel that you may want to do this several times then please book a 60-day (or season) pass.
How much luggage can I take on bus2bus?
As with all coaches, Luggage space is limited on bus2bus coaches and dependant on the number of passengers aboard. Please keep your luggage to between 1 and 2 bags. For this reason we are also not able to accommodate large items such as bikes or bulky sports equipment.
What entertainment will be available on the coach?
Music and movies will be chosen on a democratic basis so feel free to bring your own CDs and DVDs. Some of our coaches are also equipped with an ipod dock.
